egg omelette - Indian egg recipes

Egg omelette

Ingredients

egg - 1
finely chopped onion - 1/2
chopped curry leaves - few
tomato sauce - 1/2 tsp
chili sauce - 1/2 tsp
cumin pepper pdr - 1/2 tsp
salt

Preparation

1. Beat the egg with tomato, chili sauce, cumin pepper pdr, onion, salt, curry leaves.
2. Beat the mixture until foamed. So that you can get very soft egg omelette.
3. Heat oil in a tawa and add this egg mixture. After 3 minutes flip it and fry the other side.
4. Serve it hot with bread.
