Butter egg recipe

INGREDIENTS
Egg - 5
Ground onion - 2
Ground tomato - 3
Ginger garlic - 3/4 tsp
Coriander, curry leaves
Butter - 1 tsp
Fresh cream - 1 tsp
corn flour - 3/4 tsp
Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon, cloves - few
Chili pdr - 1 tsp
Garam masal pdr - 1 tsp
turmeric pdr - pinch
cardamom pdr - pinch
fennel seed pdr - 1/2 tsp
sugar - 1/4 tsp
Preparation
- 1. Beat the egg with chili pdr and salt.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan and add egg. Stir it continuously to avoid sticking on sides and set aside this egg cubes.
- 3. In another pan add 2 tsp of oil, butter, cinnamon, cloves, curry leaves and ground onion. Fry this ingredients for 2 minutes. After that you can add all spices , ginger garlic paste, ground tomato, salt. Mix it well. Add soy sauce also.
- 4. Let this mixture to boil. When boiling add dry egg cubes and add enough water.
- 6. Add water with corn flour. Now add this water with boiling gravy. So that you can get thick masala gravy.
- 7. Add 1/4 tsp of sugar to get mild sweet taste. This is optional.
- 8. Add fresh cream and serve this butter egg with chapati
