Mushroom Gravy - chapati side dish

Ingredients
Mushroom - 150 g
beans- 5 no.
garlic - 10 no.
red bell pepper - 1/2
kasoori methi - 2 tsp
fresh milk cream - 2 tsp
tomato ketchup- 3 tsp
For Grinding
Tomato - 2
onion - 2
cashews - few
cinnamon, cardamom, cloves - few
mint leaves
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
coriander and fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp each
chili pdr - 1 tsp
Procedure
1. Make a thick paste from the ingredients given in the sub heading FOR GRINDING
2. In a pan add a tsp of oil and saute bell pepper for 1 minute, set aside.
3. Again add 2 tsp of oil and saute garlic, beans, mushroom one by one. SEE VIDEO
4. After 5 minutes of sauting you can add ground paste, let it cook in simmer mode for 10 minutes. You can add water as per the thickness you need.
5. Now add salt, tomato ketchup, fresh cream, boil it for 5 more minutes
6. Mushroom gravy is done now. Garnish it with bell pepper & kasoori methi. Serve it with chapati
