Masala scrambled egg

This is a very healthy evening snack recipe for kids once they come back from school.

Ingredients - masala scrambled egg

egg - 4
chopped onion - 1 cup
chopped garlic - 1/4 cup
chopped ginger - 1 tbsp.
chopped tomato - 1
coriander leaves - 1 tbsp.
pepper pdr - 1 tsp
chopped green chili - 1 tbsp.

Method - masala scrambled egg

1. Beat the egg with salt thoroughly. It is good to try to beat as much air as possible into the eggs.  - set aside
2. In a pan ( prefer non stick pan ) add 2 tsp of oil and sauté onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, tomato till it turns tender and blends well.
3. Now add beaten egg with this mixture and stir it gently and continuously till the egg mixture begins to form curds. Continue to stir until there is no liquid egg mixture left.
4. Turn off the stove and garnish it with coriander leaves.
