Gobi fry / cauliflower fry

Ingredients - Gobi fry / cauliflower fry

Cauliflower - 1/2 kg
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Chilli pdr - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 4 tsp
All purpose flour - 3 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt 

Method - Gobi fry / cauliflower fry

1. Boil cauliflower for 2 minutes to get soft and crispy gobi fry. Remove it from water and set aside.
2. Mix all the ingredients and marinate cauliflowers. Let it sit for 1 hour
3. Heat frying oil, fry marinated gobi till you get golden brown colour.
4. Serve gobi fry with raw onions.
