Healthy butter milk / neermore

Ingredients - Healthy butter milk / neermore

Curd - 1 glass
water - 1 glass
Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida / hing - pinch
Curry leaves - 4 or 5 ( not more than )
Green chilli - 1 or 1/2

Method - Healthy butter milk / neermore

1. In a mixer grinder, grind curd, curry leaves, cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chilli to fine mixture. Then add a cup of water to dilute this ground curd, mix well with salt. Now you can enjoy summer special neermore / healthy butter milk.
