Vegetable egg roll
Ingredients - Vegetable egg roll
Egg - 4
Carrot - 3/4 cup
Onion - 1/2 cup
Green capsicum - 1/4 cup
Fresh milk cream - 1 tsp
Cumin & pepper pdr - 1 tsp
( cumin pdr 1/2 tsp + pepper pdr 1/2 tsp )
Salt
Spring roll wrappers - 3 no.
Tomato ketchup - 3 tbsp
Method - Vegetable egg roll
1. Heat tawa, roast egg roll wrappers on both sides. Set aside.
2. Beat the egg with cumin pepper pdr, fresh cream and salt. Set aside. Add chopped carrot and capsicum with beaten egg.
3. Heat a tawa ( prefer non stick ) with 2 tsp of oil, spread oil on all the sides. Once it is hot pour 2 ladles of beaten egg and spread it till you get the size of spring roll wrappers. Cover and let it cook for a minute.
4. Spread tomato ketchup over the cooked top layer of the egg, sprinkle some onions also. Now roll this egg dosa. Place this egg roll at one corner of the roasted spring roll wrapper. Roll it again ( egg roll is inside of the wrapper ). Cut into pieces and serve this vegetable egg roll with tomato ketchup.
