pottukadalai or varu kadalai ladoo - laddu recipes

Roasted gram dal laddu

This laddu is one of the healthiest snack for children and also adults. 

Ingredients

Roasted gram dal - 1 cup
( Buna channa/ putnala pappulu/ hurigadale )
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Ghee - 5 tsp

Preparation

1. Grind roasted gram and sugar and shift it to a bowl.
2. Mix  both the flour well. 
3. In a pan heat the ghee. After heating turn off your stove and add roasted gram, sugar mixture. Mix it well. SEE VIDEO.
4. Within 5 minutes ( before cooling ) make laddu and serve it.
