Chicken 65 recipe - Chicken fry

Make your chicken 65 recipe just like in restaurants, I'm sure you will love this recipe as we did.

Ingredients

Chicken - 3/4 kg
Corn flour - 3 tbsp
Garam masal - 1 tsp
Chili powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Lemon - 1/4 tsp
Curd - 1 tbsp
oil, salt

Method

1. Wash the chicken pieces with turmeric powder and set aside.
2. Boil water in a pan. Now add chicken pieces with boiling water and let it cook for only 2 to 3 minutes. By this method you can get soft chicken 65 and also no need to deep fry it for long time. it will get fried easily. SEE VIDEO.
3. After 3 minutes remove chicken pieces from water .
4. Take a large bowl, add chicken pieces with all other ingredients for marinating. Mix it well & set it aside for at least 2 hours. The more resting time the softer the chicken 65 will be. 
5. Then heat the oil in a frying pan and fry chicken pieces till you get golden brown colour.
6. Serve it with raw onion slices.
