You can have this egg curry with chapati, roti, naan
Ingredients
Egg - 5( boiled )
Raw egg - 1
Onion finely chopped - 3
Garlic chopped - 6
Cumin seed - 1 tsp
Butter - 3/4 tsp
Fresh cream - 3/4 tsp
To Grind
Tomato - 4
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Fennel seed powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - pinch
Cardamom pdr - pinch
Method
1. Grind all the ingredients under ' To Grind '. Set aside.
2. Heat the tawa with 1 tsp of oil + 1 tsp of ghee and add cumin seeds.
3. Now saute garlic,onion,curry leaves till you get brown onion, garlic
4. Once it sauted, add ground tomato and required water. Add salt .- let it boil for 10 minutes on low flame.
5. Now take a raw egg and pour it to the boiling gravy . You should not stir it before the yellow of egg gets cooked well . Otherwise egg's yellow smell spreads all over the curry.
6. Slit the boiled egg slightly on both sides ( like + shape ) and add it with gravy. Let it boil for 5 more minutes. SEE VIDEO
7. Finally add a tsp of fresh cream and garnish it with coriander leaves. Now you can serve this egg curry. .
