bread with potato spread - breakfast aloo bread

Bread with potato spread - Lunch box recipe

 

Ingredients- breakfast bread

bread slices - 10 to 15
boiled potato - 2
cooked sweet corn - 1 cup
chopped onion - 1/2 cup
coriander leaves chopped - 3 tbsp.
chili pdr - 1/2 tsp
tomato ketchup - 3 tbsp.
garam masala pdr - 1/2 tsp
turmeric pdr - pinch
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

Method - breakfast bread

1. Toast all breads with less oil and set aside.
2.  Mash potatoes with chili, turmeric, garam masala powders, ginger garlic paste and salt - set aside.
3. Now spread potato mix over the (on one side) half of your bread slices, Keep the other slices as such for closing over it later.
4. In a pan add some oil and roast the bread slices again ( the side, on which potato has been spread should touch the pan ). Toast it till potato turns crispy or brown.
5. Now add some onions, corns, cilantro, ketchup over the toasted potato spread. Cover this bread with another whole toasted bread.
6. Now you can serve this potato bread sandwich with mint chutney or ketchup.
