Paneer butter masal - chapatti side dish recipe
Ingredients ( paneer butter masala )
paneer - 200 g
ground onion - 2
ground tomato - 3
cubed capsicum - 1 cup - optional
butter 2 cubes
fresh cream - 2 tbsp.
chili pdr - 1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
sugar - 1/2 tsp
corn flour - 1 tbsp.
cardamom pdr - 1/4 tsp
Method ( paneer butter masala )
1. Make paneer cubes.
2. Add 4 tbsp. of water with corn flour , mix it well without any lumps.( for thickening the gravy )
3. Fry capsicum for a minute with a tsp of oil. Set these paneer, cornflour water, fried capsicum aside.
4. In a pan add 2 tbsp. of oil and butter cubes. Now add ground onions with melted butter and sauté it till it turns brown.
5. Saute ground tomato also ( don't add water before it has been sautéed ) Keep the flame on high mode. Now add chili pdr, ginger garlic paste, cardamom pdr, sugar and corn flour water. Mix it well and add required water and salt.
6. Add little salt as to get paneer butter masala's restaurant taste. Sugar, butter and fresh cream also makes the gravy tasty. Fresh cream reduce the sour taste of tomatoes. Don't skip that.
7. Finally add fresh cream, cilantro and switch off the flame.
8. Now you can serve this paneer butter masala with naan, roti, chapatti.
