Aloo with boiled egg roll

Ingredients - Aloo with boiled egg roll

Spring roll wrapper ( patti ) - 7,8
Boiled egg - 4
Boiled potato - 1
Chilli pdr - 1 tsp
Garam masala pdr - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt, oil
All purpose flour - 1 tbsp ( for sealing the wrapper )
Onion - 1
Tomato - 2

Method - Aloo with boiled egg roll

1. Smash potato, chilli pdr, coriander pdr, ginger garlic paste in a bowl and make a tight dough. Do not add water.
2. Heat a kadai with 2 tsp of oil, saute chopped onion, curry leaves till it becomes tender. Then add tomatoes and saute till it turns mushy. Now add smashed potato into the onion tomato mixture. Stir all till they blend well. Add salt.
3. Mix water with all purpose flour and make a paste. Set aside. ( idly batter consistency )
4. Cut eggs into 4 pieces or 2 pieces.
5. Now place a egg piece and 2 tbsp of potato mixture on a spring roll patti. Roll it till the end and apply some all purpose flour paste at the corner and stick it well. Prepare all the rolls like this .
6. You can deep fry or shallow fry these rolls.
7. For shallow frying heat a pan with 8 to 10 tsp of oil, Once it is hot place the rolls on hot oil, let it fry for 2 minutes on one side. Then flip it over and let it fry for 2 minutes on the other side. 
8. Aloo egg roll is ready
