Egg manchurian - New egg recipe

Ingredients

Egg - 3
Pepper pdr - 1/2 tsp
Salt 
All purpose flour - ( maida ) - 5 tbsp
Corn flour - 3 tbsp
Chilli pdr - 1/2 tsp

Manchurian ingredients - Egg manchurian - New egg recipe

Chilli pdr - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala pdr - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 1/2 tsp
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp ( or tomato puree from a tomato )
Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Onion chopped - 1/2 cup
Garlic chopped - 5 no.
Red , green capsicum - 1/2 cup each
Salt, oil, coriander leaves

Method - Egg manchurian - New egg recipe

1. Beat the egg thoroughly with salt and pepper. Grease a bowl with a tsp of oil and pour the beaten egg into the greased bowl. Boil water in a wide pan and place a holed plate over it. Now steam cook the beaten  egg by placing the egg bowl over a holed plate. ( Am i confusing ?, please see the video ) Or simply cook the beaten egg using oven.

2. Cut the cooked egg into 1 inch pieces. Set aside.

3. In a bowl mix chilli pdr, 5 tbsp of all purpose flour, corn flour and salt with little water. Batter should be in dosa batter consistency. Dip egg pieces in this batter and deep fry them till it turns light brown. Set aside.

4. Manchurian - Dissolve corn flour in 1/5 cup of water and add soy sauce, tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, chilli pdr, garam masala pdr, little salt, sugar with corn flour water. Mix it well. ( the thickness of this mixture will increase on boiling )

5. Heat a tsp of oil in a kadai, saute garlic, onion, capsicum for 2 minutes ( don't over cook the vegetables ). Now pour the  tomato paste , soya mixture with sauteed vegetables and let it boil for 2 minutes. Once it thickens in its consistency add fried egg pieces. Mix them till they blend well. 

6. Egg manchurian is ready to enjoy.
