Mutton soup

Mutton soup

Ingredients - Mutton soup

Lamb liver, leg pieces - 300 g
Chopped onion - 1
Green chilli - 1
Ground tomato - 1
Fennel seed pdr - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Cumin pepper pdr - 1 tsp
Curry leaves

Seasonings - Mutton soup

Mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp

Method - Mutton soup

1. Heat a tsp of oil, crackle mustard seed, pepper, cumin seed. Saute onion, curry leaves, green chilli till onion turns tender. Then add cumin pepper pdr, fennel seed pdr, ginger garlic paste, mutton pieces, ground tomato, add required water and salt. Let it cook for 3 sounds ( may take 15 minutes on high flame ).
2. Finally garnish mutton soup with coriander leaves.
